Kunal Kohli’s long search for a leading actor for the first film from his banner is finally over. He has signed Harman Baweja to sign on the dotted line for his new project.
Impressed
It is believed that when
he saw Harman’s performance in What’s Your Raashee?, Kunal was impressed with the actor’s performance and sincerity, and approached the actor for his film. Harman, who has been refusing offers and hasn’t signed any new film after Ashutosh Gowariker signed him a year ago, agreed to be part of this project.”
Kunal says, “Its too early to talk about this project. We are currently working on the logistics of the film and have only spoken to Harman about it.” Kunal will not be directing this movie. He says, “I won’t be directing this movie but am only producing it. I am also working on a project which I will be directing soon.”
The other cast and crew is still being finalised and the film is going to mount the sets by early next year.
Incidentally, at one time, it was believed that Kunal was going to act in the film himself.
