WWE Elimination Chamber 2010 Preview

Continuing the abundance of gimmicked pay per view events, World Wrestling Entertainment presents its annual WWE Elimination Chamber PPV this Sunday.

The event is being billed as “A Superstar’s Last Chance to Main Event WrestleMania”. With only 4 matches on the card, one can argue that the event is weak. Personally, I think SmackDown’s Elimination Chamber match alone is worth the money. Let’s look at the lineup:

Sheamus is the new WWE wrestling champion in a huge upset defeating champion John Cena as he had promised to do.

It is an astonishing result as Sheamus has been less than six months with the top flight of the WWE and has pulled off a sensational result which will leave the 31-year-old Dubliner as the champion in the most unlikely way.
