Lindsay Lohan is suing online financial trading company ETrade for $100 million for “pain and suffering” after the company ran a Super Bowl advertisement that Lohan says was based on her.
Lohan wants ETrade give her $1 for every viewer of the commercial she says has had an impact on her image, which she claims is as valuable as that of Oprah Winfrey or Madonna. Okaaaaay.

Joined by a few friends, including little sister Ali, the “Mean Girls” starlet took off her beach cover to unveil a sexy black one-piece swimsuit for the day’s yacht outing.

Showing off her fit figure, the “Georgia Rule” actress tweeted a sexy personal bikini pic as she cruised around the Caribbean waters ahead of a scheduled appearance at Russell Simmons’ NYE bash.
Updating her fans and followers of her holiday trip, LiLo tweeted, “Starting my new year off with friends&family, the way it should be….. No boyfriends and the other drama.”
A short while later, the 23-year-old cheerfully added, “Peace and Love Mates.”

Lindsay Lohan’s Dad: Another Arrest
You’d think he would have learned by now, but Michael Lohan still doesn’t seem to understand that the law applies to him.
The father of Lindsay Lohan was thrown in jail again, this time for trying to call ex-girlfriend Erin Muller, thereby violating her restraining order against him.
Lohan was apprehended in Medford, Long Island yesterday (December 14) and charged with criminal contempt for his communication attempt on Sunday.
Earlier this year, Michael was arrested for allegedly making death threats against Muller when she tried to break up with him.

LOS ANGELES – Hollywood actress-singer Lindsay Lohan has rubbished rumours that she made out with Jessica Alba’s husband Cash Warren at a club, insisting that she would never kiss a married man.
“It is absurd. He is married. I wouldn’t dare kiss him,” starpulse.com quoted Lohan as saying.
The couple was reportedly spotted kissing and cuddling at a night club last month but Lohan has termed this information “bogus”.
